Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina tells me she's tired of progressives saying that conservatives don't care about disadvantaged communities and opines on why the disadvantaged are so in the first place. Fiorina is chairman of the board for the American Conservative Foundation and a board member of the American Conservative Union, the organizer of CPAC.
