Treasury Secretary Refuses to Say What a Community Bank Is

Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin is advocating a bill by Senator Crapo which would deregulate banks with $50 billion to $250 billion in assets... all in the name of helping "community banks." But he refuses to say what a community bank is, probably because he knows how stupid it sounds to say that a community bank is one with $250 billion worth of assets.
