Villaraigosa Fracks Up?

Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, former Vice President Al Gore, and Sierra Club Executive Director Michael Brune gather to announce that the city will be coal-free by 2025. I'm the only journalist to ask a question at this "press conference." I ask the mayor if the natural gas that will replace our coal will be obtained through fracking. He says no.
