Ted Cruz Pressing Congress to Defund "Unconstitutional" Amnesty

At the South Carolina Tea Party Coalition Convention in Myrtle Beach, SC, I ask Sen. Cruz (R-TX) if he would vote for a clean funding bill for the Dept. of Homeland Security, that is one without the riders seeking to defund President Obama's executive order on immigration.
