GOP Rep Says Christians Are Persecuted in the US, Can't Give Examples

At the South Carolina Freedom Summit, Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN 7) was asked what role the US should play in protecting Christians around the world. She answered that America needed to protect religious liberty at home and that the State Department should step in abroad. Blackburn believes that Christians are being persecuted in the US, but could not give any examples.
